I’ve seen athletes and non-athletes, young and old, all respond to the same stimulus: MOVEMENT! I’ve taken 75-year-olds who can barely get off of a chair and had them squatting and carrying weight. I’ve taken people in their 60s with debilitating back injuries and taught them how to deadlift. If the body is unlocked properly, most people can see huge changes.
